The It Gets Better Project is a nonprofit organization with a mission to uplift, empower, and connect lesbian, gay, transgender, and queer youth around the globe. With support from American Eagle and Aerie, we helped the It Gets Better Project to launch the 50 States. 50 Grants. 5000 Voices. campaign. The campaign aimed to fund student-led projects to make students who are gender and sexual minorities feel more included in school.

The 50 States. 50 Grants. 5000 Voices. campaign reached millions and engaged thousands of LGBTQ+ youth, educators, and allies.

Flexible Toolkits for multi-channel activation

By using a multi-channel strategy and integrated creative solutions, we connected with students, engaged with teachers, and created ways for as many as possible to join the campaign to make their school more inclusive.
