Project Overview

What does it mean to be human-centered in a health care setting previously focused on manufacturing and clinical requirements? That is what we set out to discover through our collaboration with Champion Chair. With a previous brand focus on function, manufacturing, and price, the company needed to position their products as not only functional, but also well-designed and comfortable; both the patients and the clinicians.

By conducting audience research, we defined the needs of the patients, the distributors, as well as the clinicians. This research was used to evolve the Champion Chair brand and build a story connecting practical features with emotional benefits. Subsequently, we extended the voice and the visuals into their digital platform by creating a website that highlighted both the functional and emotional aspects of the products.
